Although it looks like an old hotel at first glance, the facilities and environment are pretty good, and there are no signs of being very old. The room is very spacious, the bed is also large, very comfortable, and it doesn't feel too trendy. The location is okay.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is on the edge of the old city area. It is convenient to see the old city and travel around. The breakfast is not bad. There is a parking lot, which is very convenient for self-driving tours.

We arrived at the hotel at 15:00. There was still one room that had not been cleaned at 16:00. The decoration at the lobby and front desk was very noisy and the elderly were exhausted. Guests were advised to call in advance to inquire whether they could check in. The room is relatively clean, but the professionalism and service awareness of the hotel's front desk and waiters need to be strengthened, and there are obviously problems with internal management. The ground floor of the main building was full and I was still directing the vehicles to go down; I misplaced the key cards for the two rooms; I called to ask for a deposit after check-in and many other details that I won’t go into details one by one. Overall, the hotel is not cost-effective and does not meet basic expectations. We hope it will be taken seriously and improved.

After staying for two days, I was very satisfied as soon as I walked in. The room is large and equipped with a sofa. Sitting on the sofa, you can see the view of Donghu Park! Sitting in an air-conditioned room to admire the moon on the Mid-Autumn Festival night, it's so beautiful! Book here next time!

The room was very small, it was said to be a lake-view room, but the row of trees facing the floor-to-ceiling windows blocked it, and there was no way to reach the lake. Breakfast is a complete disappointment. Even if there are few varieties, I still don’t want to open up the seats inside. Everyone who doesn’t know is crowded around the table for breakfast! I went to the front desk to open the check-in list, the front desk looked ugly, and those who didn't know thought I didn't pay her to take advantage of her for nothing!

The backyard of the hotel is the East Lake Park, with a beautiful environment, and the pavilion and bridge are decorated with lights at night~ The hotel restaurant’s floor-to-ceiling windows face the lake view. Each has its own charm during the day and night. Chaoshan cuisine, seafood and brine platter have their own characteristics.

I often return to the hotel where I live, mainly because the hotel is relatively quiet and sleeps well, and there is a park next to it to exercise. I checked in on the same day, the air conditioner did not feel cold, and the room was changed the next day, the waiter service was very good, and also delivered fruit. The service level of the restaurant is not good, and I asked for a rice noodle soup for breakfast. The chef is full of annoyance, as if he owes him something. This is very incompatible with the service of a four-star hotel.
