It was indeed quite average... The facilities were rather sloppy; there weren't even disposable slippers. The range hood was piled with all sorts of things. The room smelled of smoke, and even the pillows smelled of smoke... It was really disappointing. It just showed a lack of effort, or maybe they only intended it to be a place for the winter season.
