Imperial Hotel

Would not consider staying or recommend anyone to stay here. They have a rigid ruling to only allow check in at 3pm. We were there at about 1.30pm and was told to come back later and to drive my car out of their carpark. The only option was to pay them an early check in fee. The carpark was almost empty and there were rooms available thus I don’t understand the logic for this. The room was very basic and probably need some renovation. The old furnishings and toilet fixtures does need some detailed cleaning. The consolation was that the location of the place is very near to the night market.

A really nice hotel in a great location near a food market. The hotel room was clean but a little dated and although it was a room with a window there was no natural light as there was another buildings wall a few inches from it.

The location of the hotel is great, close to Keelung Temple Night Market. The breakfast is bad. No protein what so ever, other tofu and salted egg.

The room was satisfactory, the breakfast was quite good, but the reception staff had only limited ability to communicate in English.

A short walk from Keelung train station and opposite Miaokuo night market. Many amenities around the vicinity.

The location is perfect, just across from the night market. Parking at the hotel is limited, but they gave us 12 hours of free parking, which was nice. Breakfast was good to start the day. The room, though, was a bit old and quite small — it was hard to open two 20” suitcases at the same time.
