Fantastic experience! They offer luggage storage, and there are complimentary welcome cocktails and cookies you can help yourself to. The service was excellent; when I initially got a room with a noisy water pipe, I informed the front desk and asked if I could switch. The staff immediately helped me change rooms, which I really appreciated.

The location is good, and overall it's decent. They don't provide disposable toiletries like toothbrushes, but you can buy them. There are free snacks and ice cream. My room had a noticeable water flow sound, which I only really noticed when I was about to go to sleep. Looking back, I saw someone else mentioned requesting a room change for this reason. The air conditioning was also a bit too cold.

The sound of water flowing through the pipes in the ceiling in room 701 was incredibly loud and disruptive. I couldn't get any sleep at all. Avoid this room!

Excellent location, and the staff were wonderful. They even offered complimentary ice cream and cookies, plus a voucher for a free drink or cocktail. The room was clean and tidy; my only slight complaint is that the single room was a little on the small side.
