Best hotel in Shanghai for hospitality and longterm stays. Xiao Li is the best, he is very helpful, kind & caring, always help me with my heavy luggage right to the room during check-in & checkout, any problems he is will to assist even if it is 2 in the morning, this hotel is recommended for foreigners wanting to stay long-term in Shanghai.

I stayed at Home Inn Neo for 17 nights for my staff and had a very comfortable experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, making it a reliable place for a long stay. The rooms were quiet, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for daily comfort. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. The location was convenient for getting around, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and practical for an extended visit. My staff were very satisfied with the accommodations and service, and we would happily choose Home Inn Neo again in the future.

I highly recommend this hotel! The location is convenient, the rooms are exceptionally clean, the beds are soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk staff are friendly and patient, there's plenty of hot water 24 hours a day, and it's great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I travel.
