Holiday Inn Express JINAN HIGH-TECH ZONE by IHG

Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were very attentive. I received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival, and the service was warm and thoughtful. The room was clean and hygienic, and the hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for business trips. It's also close to the subway station and MixC. I will definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

Generally, the service is good 👍. Unlimited water is a huge plus (especially since it's so hot!). Otherwise, it would be perfect if the carpet were cleaner and the shower pressure wasn't so slow!

Came to Jinan for a concert this weekend. The hotel proactively contacted me to ask about my preferences and even upgraded my room. They also gave me lots of little gifts, so the service was really thoughtful. The hotel lobby was even playing the concert's songs on repeat. Very considerate, a great experience.

The young man who checked me in provided excellent service; I really liked the room he arranged for me. It was fantastic that the hotel even prepared little surprise souvenirs since I was there for a concert, and the hotel is only about a ten-minute walk from the venue, so there was no rush. Plus, food deliveries are brought by a robot, but the main thing is that Curry's service was superb.

I brought my daughter to see Zhou Shen's concert this weekend, and the hotel is very close to the Olympic Sports Center Stadium, about a 20-minute walk. The hotel thoughtfully decorated a Zhou Shen photo wall and even gave us concert merchandise. The front desk service was excellent; they contacted us in advance to ask about our room preferences before check-in and even upgraded our room for free. The service was attentive and thoughtful. It was a perfect trip, and I wish the hotel all the best!

Booked this hotel for the Zhou Shen concert this weekend, and the location was fantastic! It's right near the venue, just a short walk after the show. There are also plenty of snack shops and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab food or anything else you need. The breakfast had a great variety too, the room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. If I manage to get tickets for another concert, I'll definitely stay here again.

I came to Jinan mainly to see Zhou Shen's concert, so I chose a hotel nearby. The front desk staff, Tom, provided service that far exceeded my expectations. He was welcoming, thoughtful, and very professional. He even prepared many small gift souvenirs for us. I highly recommend this hotel. I especially want to mention that my child's small doll was lost in the hotel lobby, and the attentive hotel staff kept it safe at the front desk. My child was overjoyed to have it back. Thank you again for the hotel's thoughtful service.

The hotel isn't too far from the venue, about a 20-minute walk. My main reason for coming to Jinan this time was to see Zhou Shen's concert. The front desk service was very thoughtful; they contacted me in advance before check-in and even prepared the room as requested. There were standees in the lobby, and they gave out a lot of merchandise and drinks, which was a very nice touch. A great experience overall!
