location was good, was clean, had a great time the only thing i didn’t enjoy is the choice of alcohol drinks was very few.

Great rooms, well maintained. Good Breakfast Great customer service especially from the Manager Alex Zang who helped us very quickly when we had a small issue.. Without hesitation he made sure we feel comfortable at Hotel Would definitely come back....

It was good. Comparable to 4 star hotel. Some features outdated and the elevator was stinky

I checked in quite late in the evening, and have been upgraded to the Presidential Suites for one night stay! I wish I had more time to spend at the hotel room but I had to catch an early flight in the morning. The room is of course spacious (＞2000 sq ft) with a kitchen, living room with a dining table, office area and a bedroom. Busy breakfast service in the morning as there’s conference at the hotel. Buffet style breakfast - a wide variety of food including local food. It could be better if there’s more option for vegetables. The staff helped to call a taxi heading to airport. Overall it’s a comfortably short stay.

Just breakfast was good and acceptable; the room temperature was not suitable last night , even heating system was on , but room temperature was just 20-21 And actually last night in Jinan was cold and snowy , the facilities in the room was so old and should renew it !!! Same as a 3 star hotel 😟😟😟😟😟👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Concerige not able to help us to book for premium taxi ride as we're unable to book for due to 4 persons and many luggages. As a result, they can only book for 2 normal taxi which is more costly.
