設施略顯陳舊，在小巷子裏。位置很好，步行5分鐘就到趵突泉啊。
酒店服務一言難盡，3點到達還告知不能入住，也不見中間這幾個小時給我退差價或者延遲退房。房間濃濃的香氛味道，應該是來不及通風用來遮掩異味，最搞笑的是櫃子裏面還有一大袋換下來的床單。價格也不便宜。

整體還是非常不錯的，性價比很高的酒店。
優點：位置優越，市中心，距離趵突泉、大明湖、芙蓉街、泉城廣場都很近，周邊還有幾個大型商場。房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨，服務熱情周到，早餐性價比高，品類齊全。
缺點：房間的隔音效果不太好，能聽見隔壁電視的聲音，和機器人進出電梯的聲音。還有更重要的，竟然有人在電梯裏吸煙，和我同乘電梯下樓，差點兒薰死我，關鍵到了前台，還拿着煙跟服務人員熱聊起來，很明顯是熟人，前台服務員也不制止，電梯內吸煙是十分危險的行為，説明服務人員的安全意識很差。
