Lavande Hotel (Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport)

My glight was delayyed, and so I arrived at 2 in the morning, and having the shuttle on its way to meet me, was the best! The front desk staff, she was wide awake and attentive.. I really appreciated this. My room was exquisite, even though i was extremely exhausted.. The staff was in communication with me via WeChat since i dont seal chinese. The next day, i missed breakfast because i slept in. The Staff member helped me, very patiently, with my wifi connection and even helped me install a chinese translation app! I will highly recommend this hotel to all! I really loved the full length sliding closet mirrior, and the window view and automated drapes!! Such luxury for a weary international traveler. Your housekeeping staff is phenomenal! Thank you.

I had a layover so I previously planned to go out. At the end I felt so comfy in the room and just stayed inside. The room was very clean and big and they helped me to checked in at 1pm and I checked out at 3pm because I had a late flight. It was really considerate of them. I recommend totally this place 👌

Very clean, and friendly front desk. The bed is very soft and comfortable. Airport transfer service from airport to hotel waiting time is very short. Really appreciate that.
