The hotel room was great, very spacious, and equipped with an induction hob and a washing machine with a dryer, which was perfect for a family trip. The room was also very clean, and the cleaning staff were lovely. The swimming pool isn't too deep, making it ideal for kids. Annie from customer service was incredibly helpful, always responding promptly to messages. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Cleanliness: As a hotel, at the very least, it should appear clean. But here, they didn't even bother pretending. There was still trash in the bin and hair in the bathroom. There were also various stubborn stains, which I won't go into detail about. Service: When there was an issue with the room, I promptly communicated it and was able to switch rooms. I was satisfied with the proactive attitude. However, they forgot the fruit platter that was offered as compensation and only remembered it after I brought it up again. A little while later, a staff member brought up apples, oranges, and pears, which was quite amusing. Environment: Getting from the garage to the room was very inconvenient, requiring multiple elevator changes. The room I was assigned faced an office building directly. The curtains couldn't be fully drawn, so I was essentially sleeping facing other people's offices. By 1 or 2 AM, I didn't feel like arguing about it anymore. The air conditioning in the room was very cold, and calling for a check didn't help. They gave me an electric heater, which was a bit humorous.

Fantastic hotel! It's spotless and Shirley provided excellent service. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. The location is super convenient, right next to a large shopping mall, so it's easy to find food, entertainment, and shopping just downstairs. Checking in at the 35th-floor lobby was a treat with amazing views of the mountains. A truly delightful experience, and I can't wait to stay here again next time I visit Jinan!

Traveling to Jinan, I stayed here. It feels like this hotel used to be a DoubleTree by Hilton, but all the facilities are great, and it offers excellent value for money. The hotel was also very thoughtful and gave me a south-facing room. There's a shopping mall right beneath the hotel, which is super convenient.

My first choice is the Luneng Hilton, conveniently located near the Southern Second Ring Road elevated highway, making transportation a breeze. The room was very clean and tidy, with a great view – very nice. When I first arrived at the hotel, I wasn't familiar with the way, but the switchboard operator, Shirley, was very enthusiastic and professional, patiently answering all my questions. From now on, when I'm on a business trip to Jinan, the Luneng Hilton will be my top pick.

Booked a 2 bedroom room (with washing machine). The initial room assigned to us was stuffy, not cold and basin was leaking. The staff assisted by changing us to another 2 bedroom room. I would like that their service is good and they resolved the issue efficiently. No issue with new room, happy with daily housekeeping. They provided us sufficient drinking water daily. Definitely a good place to stay! Highly recommended!

It was awful experience for me. Waiting long time at check in and out, staff telling a lie about room service and room place. Never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is a little bit far away from the central business district. It had the look and feel of an apartment. The hotel doesn’t offer room service or have a restaurant. Breakfast was good however. The hotel appears to cater more to families with children than business travelers. All in all, it wasn’t a bad experience.

A little confusing to get around the hotel... Two different elevators to go to the rooms and the ground floor... Pretty average hotel for 5 star ... No items in the mini bar in the room which is disappointing Most likely wouldn't stay here again ..
