服務：服務很是熱情，前台人員都很不錯，那入住的時候前台小陳哥哥挺不錯的，因為我去的時候説房間還沒打掃好，就直接給我升級了一個房間。

酒店位置挺好的，去哪都方便，就在泉城廣場對面，房間設施也挺不錯的，相對來説衞生也算比較乾淨的，前台備有免費的冷飲和熱飲，還有白開水。酒店的礦泉水都是無限量的，喝完電梯間都可以自取。真的挺不錯的，特別是服務真的很熱情，前台的小陳服務確實不錯，住在這裏交通也挺方便的，就是趕到高峯的時間比較堵。挺喜歡這個酒店的，細節服務做的都很不錯，他家位置是絕對方便推薦

因為這次出差沒人幫忙帶孩子，所以帶着兩個孩子去濟南出差住在美豪酒店，住了兩天真是太感動了。因為去工作沒法帶孩子去，就把兩個孩子放在了酒店。孩子告訴我這裏的阿姨可好了，因為孩子還小不太會敍述。晚上給孩子送了點飯回去吃完以後又出去工作了，一直忙到凌晨一點才回去。到了酒店就發現孩子在大廳裏，一位前台的小哥哥陪着他們還給他們倒水喝呢？我問了問才知道孩子們晚上自己在房間害怕才跑下去的，前台小哥哥看孩子下去都不知道怎麼回事，以為孩子找不到大人了呢？還給我打了電話，我也沒有聽到。第二天酒店人員還給我打電話説孩子給她們打電話説牙齒疼的厲害，讓我看看怎麼回事，可是我也回不去啊！也就沒管中午給孩子訂的餐，放到前台給前台打了個電話讓幫忙送上去的。回來問孩子孩子説有兩個阿姨去他們房間看他們還給他們燒水喝，説需要幫忙就讓給她們打電話。中午還有個阿姨把飯給他們送上去，怕他們不會弄還給弄好才走的呢。我一聽感覺心裏説不上來的感動，我也知道有些事情孩子也沒有説，因為來酒店的時候就發現這裏所有人都挺熱情的，當時訂的榻榻米的房間想着孩子睡怕掉地上。來了之後她們説那個房間小我和倆孩子可能有點擠，就給我們升級了一個大床房。就是那個大床房間有光線點暗以外其他都很不錯 ，設施挺齊全衞生也算很乾凈了，酒店的位置也很棒。説了那麼多其實我衹是想表達一下，對美豪酒店照顧我孩子的人員説聲謝謝。
