Although the hotel facilities require some minor updating, the hotel and the rooms are very clean and functional. The services provided by all the staff are exemplary, they were faultless. The reception desk are very helpful and had offered me many helpful advices, which smooth my stay in Jinan (Many thanks to one of the receptionist, 刘楊, who had been very kind and helpful). In my opinion, the services provided from this hotel were at least on par, if not better, than many international hotel chains I had stayed with in Europe. In no doubt, I have no hesitation in recommending my friends to stay at this hotel when visiting Jinan.
