Hiat Hotel

This hotel was a fantastic experience! Located in the town center and the heart of the scenic area, it boasts the town's largest supermarket on the first floor, making dining, shopping, and sightseeing incredibly convenient. Free parking is convenient for those driving. Opened less than two years ago, the facilities are modern, well-maintained, and clean. The bedding is comfortable, the service is attentive, and overall, it offers excellent value for money – highly recommended!

I was initially hesitant after seeing the negative reviews, worried about making a bad experience, and hesitated for a long time before finally booking. But I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival! A perfect score is a must! First of all, the service was exceptionally attentive. From check-in to handling everyday needs, the staff responded quickly and were incredibly friendly, completely unlike what was mentioned in the negative reviews. The room was even more comfortable than I expected, impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and clean, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The facilities were all in great working order; the hot water was plentiful, showering was comfortable, and watching TV was no problem at all—no extra charges required. I didn't encounter any of the issues mentioned in the negative reviews. The location is also very convenient, close to restaurants and attractions, making it incredibly cost-effective! I was initially worried about a bad experience, but it became the most satisfying accommodation of my entire trip. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The room initially looked nice, but the details were terrible, making it the most disappointing accommodation of my trip to Western Sichuan. 1) There was still a pot of water with white foam floating on top in the kettle, and the inside of the lid was very dirty with yellow stains. I asked for a replacement, but they said they didn't have any and would wash it for me. How could I possibly use it again? This meant I had no hot water to drink during the entire stay. 2) There was no air conditioning in the room, and the underfloor heating was just for show; they said it wouldn't be turned on until October. I had to endure a night in 10-degree heat. 3) The hot water in the washbasin was very weak. 4) The toilet was small; even adults had to stand up and get out to wipe themselves. 5) The shower head had many nozzles, but only a few sprayed water, and they were very irregular, making showering very uncomfortable. 6) There weren't even hooks for hanging clothes and towels in the entire bathroom. 7) To watch TV or projector, you needed a membership. If you choose to stay, you're welcome to our family-run guesthouse, where two generations of owners will personally serve you. They say the staff are all asleep at night. In short, it's a rural guesthouse in the city.

I booked this hotel at the last minute. Two rooms. Although there was underfloor heating, it warmed up quite slowly. Especially in the inner room, it took almost two hours for the temperature to rise from 16 degrees Celsius to 20 degrees Celsius. Also, the window in the inner room wasn't sealed properly, so it was a bit drafty at night. The most unacceptable thing was that around 9 a.m., a hotel staff member swiped their room key and opened our door, which startled me awake! Luckily, I had installed a door stopper from the inside, so he couldn't come in. When I checked out, I told the front desk about this, but there was no explanation or apology. Completely unacceptable.

酒店位置優越，臨河風景不錯，房間大，乾淨，設備齊全，前台服務不錯，第二天因路被阻斷，熱心幫忙研究新線路。

入住酒店，車輛可以停到酒店門口，前台服務到位，有問必答，提醒金川到馬爾康封路，要繞行，感謝。客房河景房景觀不錯。

喜亞特酒店環境乾淨整潔，裝修簡約大氣，房間寬敞明亮、床品柔軟舒適。前台服務熱情貼心，出行購物十分便利，設施完善，整體入住體驗很好，性價比超高。

酒店位置很好 在鎮中心 前台還免費升級了河景房 隔音也不錯 早餐的白粥很好喝 停車位充足 唯一不滿意的地方就是裝修味道特別大

大堂寬敞大氣，房間設施齊全，就是淋浴間和洗手池熱水水量較小 景觀無敵，挨着河流和高山，隔岸就是轉經筒，也能遠眺觀音寺 停車場新鋪的地坪漆，空間挺大，就是出入口坡度有點陡，轎車注意底盤。
