## Facilities: The hotel boasts numerous smart amenities, including smart toilets, digital TVs, smart home systems, and a mini-fridge. The 3rd floor also features a swimming pool, laundry room, and gym, which are all quite good. ## Environment: The rooms are clean and comfortable. Lower floors facing the street can be noisy, so I recommend requesting a higher floor or a room facing the inner courtyard. ## Location: The hotel is conveniently located close to the Starlight Night Market and Gaozhuang, making it very accessible. ## Service: The front desk staff are polite, greet guests with a standing welcome, and promptly answer questions and provide directions. Check-in and check-out processes are also very efficient, which is commendable.

The room was great, and the service was excellent. Most importantly, the breakfast buffet was the best and most plentiful we had during our entire Yunnan trip, and they even had free ice cream, which the kids loved! We'd definitely come back if we have the chance.

On January 31st, our first night, we were too tired from traveling to check the bedding. On February 1st, after a full day out, my child got into bed, and when I followed, she screamed because there were a lot of ants crawling on the bed—not just one, but many. After a closer look, we also found stains on the sheets. It was almost midnight, and we had to go through the hassle of changing rooms. My child was still shaken, and I was itching all over, breaking out in red welts when I scratched, suspecting ant bites. My child also started developing a fever. Our beautifully planned trip was ruined by this hotel experience. Our request for a refund was denied.

The service was exceptional from the moment we landed; we were assisted every step of the way. Everyone greeted us warmly whenever we entered or left the hotel. The scenery outside the hotel was also stunning, and the transportation was incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Starlight Night Market, and downstairs, it's lively but not noisy. The smart home features were a nice touch, and the environment was beautiful. Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying!

Many celebrities who visit Banna also choose to stay here, and it truly makes you feel right at home. Guys, don't hesitate when you come to Banna – choosing this hotel is definitely the right call!
