Our experience in this hotel has been only positive. We came to celebrate the New Year period in Xishuangbanna and were welcomed with an upgrade for our room.
We were also positively surprised to be greeted and helped in very good English by Sally. During our stay, Sally helped us out on several occasions when we wanted to organise an excursion and she sorted out the logistical difficulties for us to get a parcel in time!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Big shout out to Sally and Candy who were extremely helpful. The breakfast has a great selection and the rooms are spacious and very clean. The pool is clean although the slide was a bit rusty. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The room was really nice: we had a washing machine and a very nice dining area (Asian style); room was clean and very bright and spacious. Playground was very nice although needed some care and renovation but kids being kids don’t really care about the looks. The worst was the breakfast: crowded, dirty tables, cold food. There was a good variety of Chinese food and some bread and butter but the overall environment was not nice. Anyway, we enjoyed our stay very much.

This is the worst hotel in Xishuangbanna. The rooms are not finished and there are dangerous situations for children. In our room, the sprinkler system started spraying massive amounts of water suddenly, all our luggage and laptops were damaged and the hotel manager tried to blame us for it. Definitely recommend NOT staying at this hotel!
