這次入住[酒店名]的體驗堪稱完美，從踏入大堂開始，就被温馨雅緻的裝修風格吸引，暖色調的燈光搭配簡約的軟裝設計，讓人瞬間卸下旅途的疲憊。前台工作人員的服務更是貼心周到，不僅快速辦理了入住手續，還主動告知了酒店的各項設施位置和周邊遊玩攻略，耐心解答了我關於當地美食的疑問。
入住的大床房空間寬敞，床品柔軟舒適，躺上去彷彿陷進雲朵裏，一夜好眠。房間的衞生狀況也無可挑剔，角落縫隙都擦拭得乾乾淨淨，洗漱用品擺放整齊，還配備了高品質的洗護套裝，細節處盡顯用心。酒店的早餐種類豐富，中式的粥粉面、西式的麪包咖啡一應俱全，食材新鮮，味道也十分地道。
此外，酒店的地理位置絕佳，步行幾分鐘就能到達地鐵站，去景區和商圈都很方便。退房時工作人員還熱情地詢問了入住感受，這樣貼心的服務很難不讓人留下好印象，下次再來這座城市，一定還會選擇這裏！

What a beautiful resort! The pool areas were pristine and lovely to use, with the robot cleaner in action every day, to keep it all fresh and clear. Our own private pool was a great delight too. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious, and the room facilities were excellent. We enjoyed the face packs, the tea maker, the linen robes and the comfortable beds. The shower pressure was also excellent.
Having a coffee shop on-site was a nice luxury, and the staff were fantastic. We loved everything about this place.

雨林祕境裏的治癒旅居，三色雲河太絕了！
選中這家民宿完全沒踩雷！
藏在勐泐大佛寺旁的雨林裏，推窗就是滿目蒼翠，鳥鳴環繞，遠離喧囂超治癒。
獨棟VILLA設計私密感拉滿，傣式庭院搭配木質內飾，古樸又雅緻。房間寬敞乾淨，床品柔軟親膚，衞浴乾濕分離，設施齊全且精緻。
老闆服務熱情周到，會推薦地道玩法和美食，早餐是新鮮傣味小吃，健康又美味。
位置靜謐卻不偏僻，出行便利，絕對是版納避世度假的首選！

慶幸把酒店訂在這裏可以多待一會兒
結果酒店成為此行最驚喜的存在
熱帶雨林和傣族風情相結合的設計風格
房間和公區都可以看到寨子 綠植和泳池
出片輕而易舉
出門200米就是寨子裏很熱鬧的地方
避了吵鬧 又不離繁華
不想走路還有接駁車服務
管家服務也響應及時

一般吧，房間內確實跟看到的一樣。先説優點
前台服務還可以的哈，而且有接車服務也是包含在裏面的。房間還算乾淨整潔，衞生間也很乾凈。需要什麼都可以跟前台發消息。但我覺得這個是所有酒店的必備項，是基本，不值得誇獎。
缺點來了哈：很偏僻，去的路上因為是晚上到的所以真的蠻嚇人
來之前説幫我們升級房間，實際兩個房間價格根本是一樣的。
陽台景色他們酒店衹拍攝了好看的一半，入住了其實就是大山景色而且是難看的大山
智能沖水馬桶巨響！！！！！是巨響，而且是從你進廁所門開始他就自己啟動一直響，半夜起來上個廁所能吵死。
房間蟲子超級多（啥蟲子都有，還有死了的螞蚱），點了蚊香也沒有用
木地板走一步就咯吱咯吱響，空調聲音也大，冰箱聲音也大，神經弱睡不好覺的不要來哈不要來
房間燈光特別暗，而且衹有一個特別小的桌子，吃個外賣都沒地方擺，而且看不清楚。
總體來説根本不值這個價位。在普洱，昆明，騰沖或者別的城市，不説多了，我們成都，這個價位，都可以住五星了，但他們這個酒店，房間跟200.300價位的差不多，非常不值。
不值不值不值不值！！！！還這麼貴

來西雙版納玩兒訂了四家酒店體驗最差的一家
我們預訂好的房間因為上個住客想要續住所以沒了，給我們換了一個帶泳池的，按理説我們訂好的這個房間沒了應該提前打電話告知協商吧，但是沒有，打電話就問了一下需不需要加個微信接機，我説不需要，就沒了，第二天晚上我們到了才和我們説什麼房間沒了給我們換個大的貴的，拜託，你不早説，我們住這個酒店就是想要我們選的那個房型啊，每個房間風格差那麼多，我們就想要我們選的那個房間的感覺，沒了你早説啊，你早説我們就換酒店了，生怕我們退房是嗎搞這個，我們兩個人晚上到的，玩兒了一天累得要死衹能先住下
再説一下房間，蚊子！！超級！！無敵！！巨多！！！給的插電蚊香液p用沒有！！！我們又問前台要了一個（這裏説一嘴，前台經常沒有人）兩個電蚊香一起工作，依舊沒用，大拇指指甲蓋大小的蚊子在我們眼前嗡嗡亂飛！！一個小時打死了五衹！！！睡覺前還能聽到還有蚊子繞着你嗡嗡嗡！！又爬起來狂噴了一堆自己的驅蚊液才能入睡！！！
而且每天都有新驚喜，第二天睡前翻身關燈，你猜有什麼，活的，黑乎乎的，蟲子，在枕頭邊蠕動，哇塞，**小精靈耶？
這家是不打掃房間的哦，是不會清理的哦，第一次碰到這種不會打掃的，我們找了前台才告訴我們需要提前約，為什麼我們入住時不告訴我們！！玩了一天回家房間一點兒沒打掃簡直影響心情，説了以後是前台來收拾的，我們説給我們更換一下浴巾和毛巾，結果浴巾衹給我們疊了疊就放回筐裏了...毛巾更絕，拿走了就再也沒回來過，還有牙膏也給我們收走了.......這是正常人的操作嗎？？？我們想找前台拿，前台又又又沒人了
早晨能非常清晰的聽到樓道大堂的説笑走路聲，能被吵醒八百回，我們是一樓的房間，非常清楚，且聲音很大，二樓不清楚，説不定二樓的隔音做的和一樓不一樣更好呢？
而且在公區游泳池裡玩兒的人能非常輕鬆且清楚的看到這個房間的一整個內部，我們到了第二天天亮了才發現這個問題，非常多拍照的人走來走去，毫無私密性可言，且各種説話聊天聲從泳池陽台傳了過來，樓道和陽台前後夾擊，煩不勝煩，根本沒辦法好好休息
這家民宿我真的，我不知道説啥了，攜程住了這麼多家酒店民宿裏衹有你家最差，第一個差評送給你家，刷新了太多我對民宿酒店的認知，你家真的就是我們在西雙版納十三天遊玩行程裏的老鼠屎，一路玩兒下來的好心情拜你家所賜全毀了，還好就定了兩天，我真的服氣，住你家需要非常強大的忍受能力，那麼多高分到底是哪兒來的？？？
