總共開了兩天房，實際住了一天，東西丟裏面在，第二天中午過去酒店，才十二點左右就耍不開房門了，本來是下午兩點退房，結果一去刷不開，我還特意在前台問了的，服務很差，一點沒有客户體驗感，消防門也沒有關閉，存在很嚴重的消防安全隱患，布草車到處亂放，比較差的一次體驗

這是我住的最小的維也納酒店，訂的大床房，房間小的可憐，窗户也是很小，還有就是早餐很稀鬆，沒啥吃的！唯一的覺得滿意的就是床睡着還可以，尤其是枕頭枕着舒服！訂房時我訂了免費升級房型，前台小姐姐也幫我升級了房型，我在想如果沒升級，是不是房間更是小的沒法説？和其他地市的維也納酒店不在一個層次上～，希望改進

酒店性價比很高。除夕夜入住，吊頂上有點蜘蛛網，衞生間洗髮水和沐浴露是捏擠那種，固定在牆上，不太方便使用。其他沒有毛病，挺好的。

環境：酒店大堂比較亮，裝修看着比較豪華，房間有窗户，配有瓶裝的礦泉水
服務：前台小姐姐很熱情，沒有因為是網上訂的區別對待，還送了早餐券，早餐很好吃，選擇很多，包子，麪包，炒飯都有，碗筷都是在消毒櫃裏麪自取的，很滿意的一次體驗
