Jingshan Tianmu Hot Spring Hotel

The hotel has a beautiful environment, and the rooms are nice, clean, and tidy. Everything was great, and the service was very attentive. The hot springs were super relaxing, and they even have a tennis court and washing machines. Plus, you can charge your car here! I'd definitely go back if I get the chance.

The hotel environment is excellent, with fresh air throughout the resort. There are many hot spring pools, and the towels and wardrobes are very clean. Various hot teas are available everywhere in the hotel, which are warming and comforting. The Nine-Colored Deer slide is beautiful. The service is enthusiastic. It was a very pleasant trip. Areas for improvement: 1. The air freshener in the Lakeside Building room was a bit strong; 2. The sink in the room was a little too high for children, and water from the faucet easily splashed onto the countertop.

Checked into Jing Shan Tian Mu Hot Spring Hotel, and the experience was absolutely fantastic! The hotel boasts a wide variety of hot spring pools, and the public areas are elegantly designed. The private hot spring rooms are also perfect for a small gathering. Besides soaking in the springs, there are plenty of leisure activities nearby, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service team was incredibly responsive, always ready to assist with any requests, and the front desk staff even kindly recommended local eateries. The hotel's environment is serene, surrounded by lush greenery. We had such a pleasant and relaxing day here, and I'm already looking forward to our next visit!

The room itself was decent, but the attention to detail was a bit lacking compared to Shuquan in Jingmen. The hot springs, however, were genuinely good and very relaxing. My only gripe is that there aren't many facilities for families with children. Overall, the environment is quite nice and it's worth recommending!

The hotel is relatively new, and the bedding and amenities are quite good. The service is genuinely excellent; the staff will proactively ask if you need any help if they see you looking around. The hot springs are also quite nice; the pools are relatively secluded, and each pool has a temperature display. The indoor massage and wave pools are very comfortable.

The room type is a two-bedroom suite with front and back yards. The private hot spring is in the backyard, which is very spacious; a family of five could easily enjoy a hot spring bath! Both rooms are also very beautiful, and the bedding is very comfortable! The hot spring seems to be real; my skin felt very smooth after soaking, though I'm not sure if it was just my imagination. The pools in the hot spring center are also quite nice; I recommend the mugwort and aloe vera pools! The breakfast is plentiful, and the fatty intestine noodles are delicious!

The front desk service was terrible, and the room assignment was very unreasonable. Breakfast was at 8:30 am, and many plates were already empty. The breakfast restaurant was like a wet market; tables weren't cleaned up after people finished eating, and you had to share a table with another family to get breakfast. Delivery drivers could freely come and go from the hotel… It was all chaos!
