Vienna Hotel (Jingxi Zhongshan Park)

The experience was terrible. The room was poorly soundproofed, and the noise from the square dancing outside was extremely loud. The decor was very old. I broke a glass in the restroom and was asked to pay 10 yuan in compensation. When I asked the front desk, they only showed a receipt stating "10 yuan for the white jade cup," without mentioning any other damage to the glass.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The facilities are old and dilapidated, the bathroom sink countertops are too low, the food selection is limited, and the lobby is too noisy during events. I hope these improvements can be made as soon as possible.

Such a large platform shouldn't disappoint its loyal customers; please provide transparency for consumers. The hotel should renovate where necessary and lower the prices where appropriate. Don't tarnish the reputation of such a large hotel chain.
