衞生間的門關不上。充電線要掃碼才能用，找總枱問，要我用掃碼的充電寶。後來又打電話。問我要充電線嗎？告訴總枱要，就是不見送來。總枱一共打了三個電話，説送充電線來，就是不見有人來送。隔一個多小時，打一個電話，不送線，還不要我睡覺，是吧！這樣的服務，太差。怎麼能收 291元。

房間很乾凈，服務也不錯，早餐是免費的，較為豐富，如果早餐能更豐盛點就更完美了，停車很便利，停車場位置很好找，車位很寬，這點超好！熱水出水也很快，空調效果也不錯！一次性住了四天！

不要住！服務態度的非常差，想法設法多收費，多要一根浴巾也説要多付錢！預訂的訂單明明標了兑換水果，每次都是問了才拿，要嘛就藉口説時間過了沒有了！？上面顯示的本來就是入住前房間放水果！真的做不起活動別做！吐了🤮！

上一次住太吵，這次特別要求另外靠小區一側房間，效果好很多，這次還有免費的醪糟湯圓和水果盒，很意外。早餐不太滿意，也許是因為自己起太晚了

再次來到靖州還是選擇武陵城，交通非常方便，下了高速沒多遠就到了，前台小姐姐也很熱情的，遇到問題都很耐心的幫忙解答，酒店還免費提供停車的地方，很不錯。晚上還有免費的水果和宵夜贈送，很貼心的服務，讓我有家的感覺。早餐也是很不錯的，品種多多。
下次來，還是會選擇武陵城
