The room was nicely furnished, filled with birdsong and fragrant flowers, and very quiet at night. They even provided complimentary drinks. Thank you, Xiao Wu, for your hospitality!

The hotel has a nice environment and the facilities are all new. I've stayed there many times. They offer a welcome dessert. A shout-out to Xiao Wu at the front desk; her service was excellent! I recommend everyone to try it out.

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area. The rooms are clean. There is a children's playground on site. Parking is free. The breakfast is simple, with noodles, rice cakes, a coffee machine, and small cakes.

Due to work, and coinciding with the National Day holiday, my family came to visit me in Jinhua. While running errands, I happened to see a newly opened hotel in the area, so I immediately booked rooms for them. The hotel is newly opened, with modern facilities and decent service. They upgraded my deluxe room to a suite. My family was very satisfied. It's great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to friends traveling for business in the future.

First of all, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the driver who gave us a ride was also very kind, making our initial experience fantastic. They even brought us fruit in the evening, which was very thoughtful. However, when we took a shower that evening, we discovered the hot water was inconsistent. I inquired and found that both our rooms experienced the same issue – the hot water would come on for 5 seconds and then stop for 5 seconds, causing the water to fluctuate wildly and making for a very unpleasant experience. Therefore, I gave the facilities a 4 out of 5 stars. The experience dropped drastically the next day at breakfast. First, when we entered the breakfast restaurant, the staff at the door said there was no breakfast in our room. I showed her our mobile order, which showed two breakfasts (and the front desk staff had told us during check-in that breakfast was in Building 6). Later, she called to confirm and found out that our room had two breakfasts. The breakfast incident was over, but then a new problem arose. Our family of four, with the eldest child being exactly 120cm tall, was asked my child's height. I truthfully told her 120cm, but she didn't even measure it before demanding an extra 29 yuan (half price). While the amount wasn't large, it felt uncomfortable. Perhaps she was strictly adhering to hotel regulations, so I won't comment further. Therefore, I'd only give her a 2-star service rating. However, I would still stay at their hotel again if I had the chance. Overall, the experience was quite good, and I highly recommend it to my friends; a stay there won't be bad (I was just unlucky). 😄

Pros: New! The room was huge, the one I booked was enormous! It's next to a science and technology innovation zone, and there were almost no people there during the Spring Festival. The hotel is opposite the Leapmotor factory, so it was very quiet during the holiday! The room was clean, the facilities were new, and the small details like the tea set were nice! Cons: 1. The location is very remote; I wouldn't recommend coming if you don't have a car. 2. Service needs improvement; the staff's professionalism is questionable! The breakfast restaurant is a distance from the guesthouse building, about 150 meters away. After a server swiped my room card at the restaurant entrance, while I was getting my food, a woman I thought was probably in her 40s and was likely the "female manager" suddenly rushed up to me and shouted, "Did you swipe your room card? I didn't see you earlier!" I really wanted to yell at her, but I held back! There are servers at the restaurant entrance; how can you get in without swiping your card? You can distrust your colleagues' sense of responsibility, but don't question guests! Also, although the restaurant wasn't crowded during the Spring Festival, your staff seemed very relaxed, even leisurely sitting and eating breakfast with guests! I don't mean any disrespect, but work requires professionalism! You can eat in the staff office! There weren't many people during the Spring Festival; at the peak, I saw at least four servers in the restaurant, almost as many as the customers! 3. The power outlet in the bathroom is very low down; you almost have to bend over to use your hairdryer after plugging it in. 4. The bathroom leaks! 5. The bathroom and toilet are completely transparent; I'm speechless 😓 6. The cleaning staff took my room key card while cleaning; they actually took it! I only found out when I got back to the hotel that night. If I didn't report it, I'd be charged again.
