The hotel was fantastic! It was super convenient for the concert, and they even gave us some concert merchandise.

The sanitation and environment are OK, and the service is OK, but the hotel is too new, and the room has a strong smell of formaldehyde. Although it is equipped with an air purifier, it still affects sleep a bit.

I checked in on May 3rd and all the sockets in the room went out of power three times (once at 8 o'clock and once at 12 o'clock. The power went out again just ten minutes after the repair at 12 o'clock). I changed to another room and turned off all the lights. No matter which one I turned on for a while, my bedside lamp would always be on. For example, when the bathroom light is turned on, the bedside lamp will light up. There is no wind when the air conditioner is turned on normally, and only when it is set to 16℃ with the maximum wind speed will air at normal temperature come out. Because we have a nine-month-old baby and need to make milk in the middle of the night. The socket in the first room had no electricity and could not boil water. In the second room, as soon as I get up to make milk, the bedside lamp will come on, which means it's time to coax me back to sleep. And the air conditioner in the second room was not cold enough, at 16℃ it was even hotter than the corridor outside. So I moved back to my original room, and moved around until after 1 a.m. It was very frustrating. The children kept being woken up [bitter], and I didn't get any good rest at all. In addition, there were a lot of mosquitoes. I killed three of them in one night, but there were still some. My child's face and ears were swollen. The hotel may not have anyone who can make decisions at night. Although the attitude is very good and polite. I just feel like I can't make a quick decision.

New hotel, please check in with caution. Since it is a new business, I can allow for some mistakes in your service, but now there are mistakes in the hardware, which is a bit unreasonable. There are 5 fast chargers in the basement, 1 of which is broken and no one has taken care of it for 3 days... Half of the slow chargers are broken, and the 3 directly opposite the fast chargers are all broken. This basement may not be the hotel's property... The first time I saw it, the front desk clerk was looking for the reservation information on a paper printed in advance. It was obvious that the system was not ready. New business can understand... There are no toiletries for children...I can understand... The lake view room looked out onto a construction site, and Ctrip helped coordinate the solution... The refrigerator does not cool, and the instruction manual and key are inside. This is outrageous... What's even more outrageous is that you should compare the pictures 3 and 4 with the official room photos. There is no footstool, no swivel chair, and the room hardware is missing. I called the guest service and compared which one is the model room... This explanation is speechless... Finally, after repeated requests, they moved two footstools... What's even more outrageous is that the sewer is blocked... The elevator was broken during breakfast time... The hotel still has a long way to go...newly opened...understandable... But such an opening is really a bit outrageous... Are they really prepared for the opening? Did you put your heart into it?

The room is large and the buffet breakfast has a wide variety. Miss Ran Xueyan at the front desk was enthusiastic, responsive, well-received, and even gave us a fruit plate. The hotel has an underground parking lot, which is suitable for self-driving tours. There is a shopping mall next door, but it is not open yet. The only drawback is that the hotel is newly opened and the room still has a smell. I turned on the air purifier, but I don’t know if it’s because the room is too dry or the child got a sore throat, but he had a nosebleed at around 3 a.m. I will choose this hotel again next time I travel. The service is already very good. I hope the hardware will be more complete and the room odor removal will be more thorough.

酒店很乾凈，服務態度很好，一切都中規中矩，還送了小食品，值得肯定，但是既然是五星級酒店，這裏必須提點要求，還有進步的空間，泳池缺失這是一，衞洗麗缺失這是二，作為金華頂級酒店之一，國內老牌帝國主義之一，這不可或缺，希望以後改進。

洗澡的時候牆上的裝掉下來還好不是小孩子在洗不然就得進醫院 設施：空調是壞的這麼新的酒店空調居然壞的 衞生：床邊上居然有人的嘔吐物 沒有清理乾淨 不是因為小孩子第二天還要游泳比賽半夜入住果斷就退房走人 還有百達屋非常多不合理沒有電話客房服務衹有機器人回覆提出問題工作人員直接來敲門半夜嚇個半死 不知道這個五星級酒店是怎麼來的😓
