Front deskservice was bad, both check-in and check-out. Check-in took too long, there were still chatting with other customers and not even noticing that I needed to check-in. At check-out the frontdesk staff was still sleeping. When I said I wanted to check out, he didn't respond and went back to sleep. I had to call his several times before he checked me out. However, he didn't refunded my deposit in the process. I had to yell at him several times before he wanted to wake up and do his work. The refund was eventually received after waking him up serveral times.
