房間燈光很昏暗，沒有大燈，衹有床頭的兩個小燈，看東西都看不清楚。鏡子上有大片的類似血漬的固體物質。空氣沒有流通，味道很刺鼻。我們一看到房間就立馬跟前台反應退房，並沒有使用過。但是前台不同意，也沒有給出解決措施，我們主張可以扣手續費讓我們退房。酒店依舊衹回覆了不同意，要收全款，沒有給出任何方案。態度很差！而且很敷衍，完全沒有要解決問題的樣子！對顧客愛搭不理的。感覺很像經營不好開始擺爛破罐子破摔了，難怪評分這麼低。建議選隔壁的金明酒店！！！房間大又整潔而且服務態度十分友好！！形成鮮明的對比！

房間一般，價格比較便宜，就是馬桶是壞的，都沒有牙刷，有點無語，前台説等下給送，結果到第二天早上才給送。

房間設施齊全衞生，服務周到，有較大停車場，附近店鋪多，但酒店內香水味很濃厚，牆壁黴漬多。

水頭酒店不能住，我沒説退房他們把我的行李拿到前台，我説房間號，還把房給我，我進房間已經把我開的房間開給了別人，這是對客人的不珍重，對客人的羞辱，好象沒有錢給他們一樣。

前台小姐姐服務態度挺不錯的，點贊，就是每次關門後過一會兒再開門房間有股小小的味道，不過味道不大，希望做完衞生後能噴點空氣清新劑

前台服務差的要死，房間配套設施太差，礦泉水都沒有，主要是前台那個女的服務態度太差了。不知道是小地方還是這個*****的習慣，不適合做服務業！！！

這次入住其實衹是懷念一下曾經。衹不過真的很失望，設施老化這麼多年過去都沒有更換，首先入門就一股潮濕木頭味道非常重，其次衞生間排風扇異響特別嚴重，然後剛好有路段在施工與客服溝通換房間，衹推説十一點以後停止施工或者十一點以後在溝通換房，然後道路施工是通宵的，其次是衞生這一塊也不行，房間內有蟑螂，淋浴區淋浴巾也都很差勁一看就用了好幾年，放物品架子也生銹。甚至淋浴的設備也生銹。酒店的管理實在太差勁了，設備不行，環境不行，隔音不行，服務也不行。整個檔次已經跟賓館沒多大差別，圖片也有。從不虛假評論實事求是，早班前台服務態度也特別差勁。特別糟糕的一次住店體驗。
