酒店的整體服務非常好！我很挑剔的一個人也感覺做的非常好！是我喜歡的風格，硬件也比較新，整體感覺不錯,住的比較舒服，衞生間乾濕分離,前台服務熱情！整體感受五顆星！

很滿意的一次入住體驗，值得推薦:
1、酒店地處榆次大學城萬科廣場，酒店周圍有各種餐館，各種小吃，附近還有電影院，商城，超級方便
2、剛進酒店，不得不説，酒店大堂第一眼就給人特別乾淨、豪華的感覺，整體顏色偏暗
3、前台的小姐姐服務態度特別好，入住的一些注意事項也會提醒客人，很細節，酒店客房阿姨也很温和
4、酒店房間視野也很開闊，整體也會偏暗一點，房間內乾淨整潔大方，設備配套齊全，衞生間空間也很足夠，也特別有新意，特別是附近逛累了，躺在大床上，超級舒服。當然了，也可以買上小吃。坐在窗邊，邊吃邊看外邊，感覺也超級棒。
5、價格方面週一到週五一般，雖然週六日可能會高一丟丟，但是呢，酒店也有各種優惠活動，總體來説價格也挺適中，很經濟實惠
6、下次還會再來入住，非常滿意，很奈斯，值得推薦

體驗感3個字超級差，不能再差了，吵死了，沒住過這麼吵的酒店，樓上桌球廳球砸地的聲音從住進去的那一刻持續到臨晨三點半，剛住進去本來以為是樓下在裝修，想着晚上肯定不裝了，也沒在意，沒想到晚上回來才發現是樓上的聲音，要求換房也不給換，説是沒房了，前台還説這種情況常有

住的是無窗的影音房，房間內是中央空調不能用，打電話説是樓裏統一的，影音電視裏面沒有會員，房間內隔音一點也不好，淋浴的熱水器衹有最上面的淋浴噴頭，沒有其他的噴頭，像是在澡堂的大噴頭一樣
