酒店裝潢還是不錯的，但是服務遠沒有達到五星標準。其中一間房間空調失效，晚上一直在吹冷風，第二天和前台反應這個問題，前台雖然領着師傅去看，但是發現空調確實有問題且修不好之後沒有向我們説明，而是放了一個電暖氣在房間裏？！自始至終沒有給我們答覆，也沒有提出為我們更換或者升級房間，難道我們花錢來就是來烤電暖氣的嗎？這個服務意識太差，當時着急趕路沒時間和前台掰扯。。。
