Jishou is the center of traveling in Xiangxi, and the hotel is just opposite Jishou North Bus Station. The transportation is convenient, hygienic, and the washing and cleaning items are complete. The sister at the front desk answers all questions, the service is very good

前台小姐姐服務熱情，酒店床品衞生，毛巾浴巾單獨包裝，衞生間乾濕分離。酒店在車站對面左手邊，出站就能看見。車站廣場有到邊城的快巴，每人37元和到矮寨大橋景區遊1（10元）.德夯苗寨公交車11路（5元）.乾州古城公交車1路（2元），賓館側對面是長途汽車站發往湖南的長途大巴。

服務周到，服務員很熱情，大堂很明亮，很温馨，房間寬敞。非常舒適，價格實惠，性價格比高，很周到。地址位置優越，去哪裡都方便。住得非常舒服，很好的一次入住體驗。隔音效果都非常的好，前台和客房服務都很熱情。

酒店壓根不是免費停車，訂的時候還特意打電話問了是否有停車場回答是有，當天晚上入住的，退房的時候還自掏腰包10元停車費。安排的房間地面都還是濕的，可能是剛打掃出來。

房間特別差，很臟很舊，窗户的窗紗都掉下來了。特別是樓裏的電梯，簡直了，每次坐電梯都是提心吊膽的，擔心掉下去。地下停車場也很糟糕，位置上還可以。但是衞生環境及設施簡直太差了。這是我們這次出行最差的酒店。
