俏湘西酒店環境好，設施不錯，早餐也很豐富，前台小玉服務很好，酒店免費提供洗衣烘乾泡腳服務，這一點值得點贊，很好，酒店空調效果很好，熱水很好，樓下對面有超市也很方便，10分鐘路程可以到達博物館，20分鐘可以到達乾州古城，樓層阿姨打掃衞生也很乾凈，服務很棒，值得推介，很滿意的一次住宿，如果來吉首，我還會選擇俏湘西酒店

酒店衞生很乾凈，設施好服務很好，空調很好，熱水很好，環境也很好，樓下有超市很方便，附近有餐廳也很方便，酒店經開區免費接送服務，免費洗衣服，早餐也很好，酒店前台彭姐服務很貼心，服務很周到，給人一種回家的感覺，值得推介很好

除了地段比較好。設施實在是太爛啦。五層整個好幾個窗户全是壞的。好不容易換了八層。洗澡的噴頭還是壞的。而且換房間的服務也很敷衍。一副事不關己的樣子。
