I upgraded to a deluxe twin bed for free. The room was very clean and the facilities looked quite new. There was a dedicated cloakroom and tea table, as well as a bathtub, which I liked. The gym was also very professional, and there was a swimming pool, which was excellent ~ the overall feeling was very comfortable.

For example, the beef cubes are not only glutenous but also woody, the vegetables are salty, and the dishes are slow to come out, which is inconsistent with the brand advertised. The price of the dishes is high, and the expectations of the guests are high. If there is no strength or carelessness, dissatisfaction is inevitable. The five-star reviews of the front desk and the guest rooms were pulled down by the catering. There are many varieties of buffet breakfast, and the quality is acceptable. There is no self-service laundry room, only laundry service.

Due to a small mistake in the hotel itself, I upgraded to an executive room without saying a word. It is worthy of being a hotel managed by an international five-star chain.
