The mood of staying in this hotel is extremely bad! The hotel’s own electricity is frequently tripped and the air conditioner cannot be turned on! It's so hot! I called the front desk of the hotel and asked if the air conditioner was not cooling. She actually told me to adjust the temperature to 24 degrees. At first, I adjusted it to 16 degrees without cooling for two hours. Then I heard her turn to 24 degrees and it didn’t work. power cut! Then I went to the front desk and asked that it was from their own hotel. Suddenly I understood why the air-conditioning was not cooling, because the hotel’s own electricity could not drive the air-conditioning at all. Asked the hotel to give me a full refund, she said that she couldn't refund without giving any explanation! Then I said it’s too hot without air conditioning to sleep! It's your hotel's own reasons that shouldn't be borne by our customers. Anyway, you just don't respond at the front desk! I'm speechless! Then I took a step back and asked them to refund me half of the room rate! I still disagree and I will not give you a reasonable reason to explain why there is no check-out fee! I left when I was angry! This hotel is not small, the service attitude is to ignore the customers! Never stay at this hotel again

環境，設施很棒，酒店自助早餐很不錯，周邊配套設施齊全，前台小姐姐超級漂亮！酒店性價比超高的一家酒店。強烈推薦！

酒店有停車場，大的在酒店馬路對面，設施不是很新，洗漱用品還不錯，標間有點小，兩張床空隙小，燈光不是很亮，早餐一般，不算很豐富，但也還行，米飯還不錯，總體還是可以的。

房間比較大，衹是那個單人床有點小，衹適合一個人睡，還有小童滑滑梯。性價比可以，打車也方便，房間靠近馬路，偶爾有汽車行駛聲音。

酒店不錯，投影也不錯，有洗衣房，洗澡水很大很熱。元旦期間價格也合理，有機會會再來住的，也會推薦給朋友。

酒店各方面都挺好，前台服務員態度也很好，對你們有一條建議，就是既然你們要收住房按金，就要保證客人隨時能退房退按金，而不是要等到保潔八點上班後查房才能退，我們有要事七點鐘就要走，前台説要等八點正常上班才能退房退按金，前台服務員看我們很着急安排保安查房才辦理了退房，非常感謝這位前台小姑娘，但希望酒店能在管理制度方面作一些修改。

國慶出行，住的最好的酒店之一了。 酒店還非常的新。但是房間裏沒有一點異味。 新中式的裝修非常的雅緻。 床品和設施都很精緻。 房間雖然不夠大，但是也夠用了。 最難能可貴的是不到250的價格還含雙早。 國慶也沒加價。早餐也不錯，絕對的5星好評。 強烈推薦去邊城或者矮寨玩的，就到吉首住吧。
