我非常喜歡這家酒店，它的地理位置非常方便。它位於市中心商業街旁，無論是停車還是購物都非常方便。前台人員非常專業，服務非常好。他們辦理入住手續非常快速、高效，讓人感覺非常舒適。

設施舊，房間裏插座少，床頭還突兀的擺放一個計生用品自助掃碼的有償使用罐。床墊踏、被子薄，空調又不給力冷死了，好歹熱水還是熱的、還算有壓力。對這酒店沒有下次了。

來湘西很多次了，第一次住邊城，酒店在老城區，地理位置特別好，距離矮寨奇觀旅遊區、乾州古城、吉首大學這些地方都很近！衞生服務特別棒，主要是房間很大，住着心情開闊，設施比較齊全，比之前住的另外一家酒店好太多，下次來出差還住這裏！
