作為出行入住首選的肅州賓館，服務態度還待提高，如此評價，是因為這次從外地回酒泉，計劃3點班車回十號，不入住賓館，衹是想存放一下行李（一個行李箱）1個小時，詢問前台説不入住的不能存放，我説我是經常在這住宿的旅客，她説也不行！解釋説衹是放一會出去取個東西就回來取也不行，呵呵，衹能作罷。心裏五味雜陳，去之前心裏幻想着我雖然不是什麼貴賓，但至少在這裏也入住不下十次了吧，應該會讓存放的吧。結果確出乎意料。

續住了2晚，入住體驗很好，衞生很乾凈 隔天工作人員也會按時打掃房間，整體衞生也非常乾淨，環境很棒，公共區域有桌椅，不想在房間抽煙可以去那裡抽煙，打電話，也不會影響到家人孩子，真會入住感覺不錯，推薦入住，就是忘了拍照片停車很方便

算是老客户了，自己住，推薦朋友同事出差都住他們酒店，一件事讓人心寒。
因個人失誤發票訊息錯誤，告知他們發票原件郵寄回去給我重新開一下，結果他們服務員給我來一句他們的規定，發票不能重開。説破天也不能重開，就是自己酒店的霸王條款。
