DO A LAND LAB Hotel (Jiuzhaigou Visitor Center Branch)

The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. Having parking available is a huge plus. Even though our room was on the second floor, someone helped us with our luggage, which was really thoughtful. The breakfast was also very generous.

The room was very comfortable, and the skylight exceeded my expectations – too bad it was cloudy, so I couldn't see the sun 🌞. The hotel butler was very enthusiastic and provided excellent service 👌. Breakfast was also very hygienic, especially the soup noodles and rice noodles made by the uncle. They were absolutely delicious!

Visited Jiuzhaigou with my parents and stayed at Drolanda. The hotel's location is very close to the park entrance. All the staff were incredibly welcoming. The lobby offered chrysanthemum tea, and they even helped with parking. There's also a local specialty shop downstairs. The weather has been great these past few days, and Jiuzhaigou is beautiful. We were very satisfied with our stay. We'll definitely come back again in autumn!

This hotel is super convenient, just a 10-15 minute walk from the scenic area. Plus, it's right across from Zangwang Square, making it easy to catch the shuttle bus to the high-speed rail station. I was really impressed with the service. As soon as we arrived, staff helped us with our luggage upstairs. On the first night, my child got a bit excited and then threw up due to altitude sickness. Even though the cleaning staff had already left at 10 PM, I spoke to the front desk, and a very kind lady personally came to help us clean up. It was incredibly thoughtful, and I really appreciate it! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Jiuzhai, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The bedding and bathroom fixtures were very clean, and the front desk staff were enthusiastic. There are many restaurants below the hotel, and it's very lively at night. The only drawback is that there's no elevator to the front desk on the second floor.

The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the scenic area entrance – you can just walk there! It's also only about 100 meters from where you catch the bus. The service was excellent; the staff were so friendly and helpful, always staying in touch and keeping us updated on the scenic area conditions. The chef who made breakfast was also really enthusiastic and thoughtfully gave us tips for our visit. We experienced a landslide the day before our arrival, but it didn't really affect us much. Overall, a truly memorable experience!

Great! The complimentary juice was delicious, haha. The hot water pressure was excellent, and the hairdryer worked perfectly.

Traveling with my family of three during the summer holiday, I looked at many hotels and chose this one, Dolanda. The location is excellent; the bus stops right at Zangwang Yanwu Square, making our return trip easy. The area is packed with places to eat, including specialty restaurants, supermarkets, and popular chains like Ba Wang Cha Ji, Luckin Coffee, KFC, and Starbucks—everything you could ask for. It's only about a 10-minute walk to Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area. The service was also great! The hotel is on the second floor, and there are dedicated staff downstairs to help with luggage. The front desk staff were warm and courteous. After checking out, I realized I left some cosmetics in the room, and the housekeeper immediately messaged me about it. The breakfast policy is very thoughtful; children under 17 eat for free, unlike other hotels that charge based on height. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. My daughter and I found the 1.35-meter beds perfect, no need to push beds together. Jiuzhaigou is incredibly beautiful, and even though it was exhausting, it was absolutely worth it. If I visit Jiuzhaigou again, I'll definitely stay here!

The room was incredibly quiet. My two kids and the two kids next door slept through the night without a peep. The service was exceptional. I travel a lot for work and stay in many hotels, from five-star resorts to guesthouses, but their service attitude is the best I've ever encountered. Having worked in this industry myself, I truly appreciate it. The hotel does have quite a few stairs, but they arranged for someone to carry our luggage for us, both when checking in and even when we returned to pick up some items after checking out and coming back from the scenic area in the evening. A big thank you! 🙏 They even gave my kids two small toys because we had them with us.
