Beautiful place. Breakfast is awesome. Very close to Jiuzhaigou entrance. They offer free shuttles to drop you off and pick you up

Probably due to low season, occupancy rate was not high. Overall service was good, staffs were friendly, bedding were electrically warmed and room was big, clean and comfortable. Only negative is location. Nothing much around the area.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel is a bit isolated from shops or restaurants. However the in house restaurant food is quite delicious, we had our dinner there. The hotel is old but clean, customer services is very helpful. Give 5 star rating for the receptionist 小秦 and 小徐 from the restaurant who gave extra miles to made our trip smoothly all the way.

I travelled with the family of five with my 95 year old father. Hotel is doing an excellent job to arrange a train station pick up, which is included in the booking. Also they arranged to send us to the train station, I want to solute 小秦 和 小苏for their excellent customer service! Thank you.

Remote location far away from the shops. However the price is cheap.

Friendly customer services. Everyone is nice and tried to be helpful. It was great that the hotel offered airport pickup and scenic area drop off. The location is terrible; it was not near any place. You have to take a taxi to go out to get your food unless you want to eat at the restaurant within the hotel. Room is small, especially the bath room, only one person can be in at a time. Breakfast food is average. It will be a language barry for someone who doesn't speak Mandarin.

Well, i didnt manage to stat in this beautiful hotel as my flight got cancel by airline due tk weather condition Also to late to cancel and got refund as the flight got cancel last minute

It was a very pleasant experience to stay in this hotel. The service was attentive and considerate, the room was spacious and bright, the facilities were complete, the price/performance ratio was very high, and the scenery was also good. I woke up early and saw snow. I will come again in summer to see the scenery in summer!

This is so rubbish. I have never stayed in such a bad hotel. The sanitary environment is so terrible. I didn't dare to cover myself with a quilt for the whole night. The quilt and sheets were full of dirt. I hope the hotel will close down soon😅😅😅
