I am surprised that this hotel a 5-Diamond rating. The hotel entrance and overall condition do not reflect the standards. The fact that earplugs are provided in every room says a lot about the noise issues guests can expect. During check-in, I was also informed that there was no cold air-conditioning and was told to simply open the window if the room became hot. This was shocking, especially during summer. Service standards need improvement as well. I witnessed guests smoking while walking along the corridor, and staff appeared to ignore the situation. Review the CCTV. With so many other hotels located within a five-minute walk.

The location is the star here — just 200m from the Jiuzhaigou entrance and within walking distance of plenty of dining options including McDonald's, KFC, Chagee, and more. You really are paying for the convenience, and it delivers on that front. The room itself is on the smaller side, and the TV remote was oddly frustrating to use. That said, the hotel makes up for it with some nice little perks: complimentary snacks in the room, free ice from the lobby, and self-service laundry also available. May not be the best value for money, but the location is hard to beat. I'd stay here again on my next visit to Jiuzhaigou.

Very good service. Comfortable place. Good facility. We enjoy the hot spring and sauna. This hotel is close to jiujaighou national park. Walking around only 3-5 min to the national park.
