Howard Johnson Tianyuan Resort

Traveled to Jiuzhaigou with my parents and child during the Dragon Boat Festival. Overall, it was a good experience. The standard room was quite spacious, and it was very quiet at night. The bedding was soft, so we woke up feeling refreshed and ready for hiking. A big thanks to the housekeeper for their warm service, even taking the initiative to lead the way and help us with the door. Will definitely book again if I get the chance next time! 🥳

The hotel is a bit old and the room facilities are poor. The bedding was uncomfortable to sleep on; it felt like the bed sagged when I lay down, probably because it's so old, and the pillows were too soft. Breakfast was terrible – besides beef, there was only vegetarian food, and we don't eat beef. Dinner at the ******* restaurant wasn't very good either. Downstairs, some singing was going on that was really noisy and unpleasant, with people singing and dancing chaotically. The only good thing was how beautiful the scenic area is!

Excellent! The butler was very responsive and attentive to our messages. 👍 This trip, we booked a suite for convenience, and my family was all very satisfied. The kids also had a great time in the hotel's children's area.

The rooms feature a simple ******* design, are clean and tidy, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation – the attention to detail is superb. Our personal concierge, YUYING, provided warm and thoughtful service, proactively helping us with our luggage, upgrading our room, and even thoughtfully giving blind boxes to the children. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and dining and shopping options nearby were also very convenient. The overall experience was impeccable, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time! The hotel itself boasts a luxurious and upscale ambiance, making the stay experience absolutely fantastic. The rooms come with oversized floor-toceiling windows, offering expansive views, making it exceptionally comfortable to stay inside. The interior incorporates a rich ******* style, with unique and distinctive designs, where you can feel the meticulous arrangements everywhere. The hotel also features a charming 'mini-forest' landscape, with lush greenery and fresh air, creating a serene and elegant environment. It's only about a ten-minute drive to the Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, making travel and sightseeing worry-free and quick. Whether for a trip or a temporary stopover, this place is an excellent choice.

The hotel is huge. You can't hear the lobby performances from the room at all. The room itself is large and luxuriously decorated, although some of the facilities are a bit old. It has floor heating and a small balcony outside. The breakfast offers a wide variety, but the taste wasn't great. The cups for coffee and soy milk were too small; they were gone in two sips. The complimentary afternoon tea was also just okay. Overall, the food quality doesn't match the hotel's caliber.

The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped with amenities, and the bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The service was attentive and thoughtful, from check-in to check-out, we felt well taken care of. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted great, with local specialties available. The hot spring pools were very relaxing, and the facilities were comprehensive. It's also conveniently located. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou.
