Great location, walking distance to the entrance of JIUZHAIGOU scenic entrance, so we save up the hassle of getting a cab which we need to catch one at the road side, unlike in the city, Didi is not available. Basic breakfast and we hope the coffee machine could be improved as the coffee would splashed out unexpectedly.

The room is beautiful but a little noisy due to the neighbours doors opening and closing as well as the cleaning staff room was next to the room I stayed in. Yes the view outside the window was ugly with the stalled construction but generally I kept the curtains closed anyways. The tea and coffee set are really good, and the heated floors are the best for a cold morning! The included breakfast was also worth it! I chose the hotel because it has the hot springs but because they close at 9pm I did not have time to enjoy them after my hike in the park and after having dinner because I spent more time outdoors. Keeping them open until 10 or 11pm would be best for people like me!

It has intelligent control by Xiao Ai, the customer service is polite, and there are free washing machines and dryers for guests to use. Breakfast is not rich but satisfying enough. I made an impromptu decision to take a vacation to Jiuzhaigou and chose the Ritz Hermitage. The hotel is built on the mountain, with the snow-capped mountains facing each other in the distance! The room is super large, the room design and furnishings are very elegant, and the details are also well handled! The geothermal heat is awesome! The hot pot is absolutely amazing👍🏼, you must try it! Afternoon tea ☕️ faces the snowy mountains 🏔️! I have to praise the Chinese restaurant, the tableware is well thought out, the pattern is that of the village in front of the hotel (I really want to buy it😂), and the chopsticks are also exquisite! The old objects on the display shelves are all very particular! Thanks to the handsome man for explaining🌹 Every dish is delicious. The belly-baked lamb is called Yu Yang Xian, it tastes great👍🏼! Breakfast is a bit weak, mainly a set meal. The food is made with great care, but the serving time is a bit long, which affects the appetite! The room is very clean, and the whole house is smart. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel to the entrance of the scenic spot. I read reviews before and said it only provides drop-off but not pick-up. In fact, there is a shuttle bus in the morning. In the afternoon, the hotel car picks you up from 4:30 to 5:30. It is right in the scenic spot. Just wait for the bus at the Agricultural Bank of China a few hundred meters from the door, or you can just wave when you see oranges in front of the bus on the roadside. The driver is a security guard at the hotel and he is very nice. The hotel also has a free laundry room. I washed my thickened pants at the previous stop but didn't dry them because it was cold in the ditch and I had to wear them. Came here for laundry and drying. On the second day of check-in, the hotel sent two bottles of drinks and steam eye masks to the room. We booked without breakfast. The lady at the check-in desk asked us if we needed breakfast. As a member of Huazhu, we had a free breakfast coupon available. It was better to book earlier than booking directly.

A B&B that feels like home, where you can warm yourself over the fire and drink tea. There is no need to compare it with a five-star hotel. It's a five-minute drive from the scenic spot, and the boss's pick-up and drop-off is very convenient. It's minus ten degrees outside in winter, but the room is warm, there's plenty of hot water, and an awesome smart toilet. We visited the owner’s Tibetan home, which was very beautiful.

You can order a la carte dinner at the hotel, and the stir-fries are affordable! Last but not least, hotel prices fluctuate greatly and are arbitrary. On the afternoon of September 28, I booked a two-night stay from September 28 to September 30 for a total of 829 yuan (including 226 yuan for the first night and 603 yuan for the second night). I checked it the next day. On September 29, the same room type was only 335 yuan, a huge drop of 268 yuan. I booked two rooms in total, and the total loss was 536 yuan.
