The restaurant service was poor. On the first night of staying at the hotel, I went to the restaurant to eat. I met a waitress who ignored her. She talked to her and did not look at the guests. The restaurant marked that the in-house guests could have a 10% discount on meals, but at the checkout, the waitress said ”seafood and rice are not discounted” and asked ”why not inform in advance?” She replied ”will tell the guests at checkout”. It is really bad to deceive the guests with such service and such a change of tricks.

思誠書院是很有品味的一家民宿，古樸與現代完美結合。就在仁裏村內，走進西門，穿過灰牆斑駁的小巷，猶如穿越歷史的長卷。楠居在二樓，房間很舒適，旁邊的中廳北側有兩個書架，沒事翻閲一下，或坐旁邊的茶室喝喝茶。據説胡適小時候經常從上莊跑到仁裏村的思誠書院找小夥伴玩耍。清澈的登源河從村邊緩緩流過，早晨登上壩子在河邊散步，昔時繁華的水陸碼頭如今褪去鉛華，安靜祥和，遠山如黛，輕煙裊裊。回來後老闆準備了可口的早餐，坐在正廳慢慢享用，時光彷彿定格，詩意生活大抵如此。書院旁邊的紅霞私房菜也很贊，老闆貼心地幫着預訂了小方桌。菜館就在明清一條街，原以為很大，沒想到藏在深巷中，很低調的一處宅院。真是不虛此行！

這家酒店是未來績溪至黃山隧道開通提供給去黃山旅遊的遊客入住的酒店所以地方給予了4星級，但我入住三天的體驗硬件設施最多3星，甚至比不上3星快捷酒店。周邊：上莊商業較差，零食水果提前準備好。交通：衹能自駕，旅遊團，公共交通不方便，目前新路無路燈，晚上黑乎乎開的我心驚膽戰景點：周邊的山景能玩，古鎮沒意義貴而不實，主要單行道路窄，沒開過山路的不推薦去嘗試，山崖會車（一言難盡）！！！酒店早餐：兩個字形容（簡單）酒店房間：兩個字形容（簡約）馬桶：非智能馬桶，天氣零下（冷）淋浴間：兩個推拉鋼化玻璃門，有安全隱患（碰撞）淋浴間：無置物架個人洗漱物品衹能放在地面，乾濕分離無法有效隔離洗澡水，裡外地面潮濕，無洗浴拖鞋導致一次性拖鞋沾水就濕答答（冷），安全隱患進衞生間（滑）。第一天8101空調壞的，馬桶（涼），拖鞋潮濕（冷），一床被子（瑟瑟發抖），幸虧入住時温度15℃，零下天氣不敢想象。清潔太慢，早上9點提示清潔，下午3點還沒清潔。房間看不到什麼風景，不用糾結哪個房間有風景。新開業的酒店不完善，期待未來會好。

Hotel rooms and prices are satisfactory, facilities are good and environmental sanitation, especially Hu Jie and Hong Tingting service warm and kind to help us book train tickets, etc., and also guide public transportation to tourist attractions in detail. Chen Jianjian (name may be wrong) from the catering department helps adjust dishes and staple foods suitable for the tastes of our foreign elderly. We agreed that we would definitely visit Jixi again if we had the opportunity to come back to enjoy their service.
