裝修一般、環境一般、隔音基本沒有、中午十一點半電話打過來沒接起來、11:50服務員過來問我退不退房、我説退，起來收拾一下12:20左右、直接給我扣了半天房費，這還是老顧客的待遇、真心不推薦大家住這個酒店，強調一下，沒有隔音！！！

被罩和床單太舊的，早餐太少了，説7點到8點，我還有10多分到8點去的，就沒飯了，刷碗的人梳了個披肩發，也不帶發帽，太不衞生了，態度也不好，感覺以後也不會再去了

很不好，沒有熱水。工作人員相互推卸責任。服務員説早上給經理説了熱水器壞了，前台説服務員是新來的不懂。其實沒有熱水這個問題應該是很平常的事情，沒有想到竟然讓我們遇到了！最無語的是工作人員一直找理由推卸！！！早知道沒有熱水就該提前給咱們説！！！大晚上的不想換房了，跟客服説了，也處理了下。還有那些被子真的是臟亂差，好臟好臟好臟！！！又舊又臟！！！那個老闆娘竟然還讓人來拍攝，天啊！這是什麼酒店！！

我花了好多錢定的總統套房 給了我一個婚房 半夜一進門 裏面全是紅囍字 差點嚇暈😵💫哎 被也是紅的 上面全是灰 還有膠水痕跡 一打開還有好多拉花彩炮的殘留 要不是半夜三更真的沒地方去 早就走了 哎 我還帶了客人 真的是一整個丟**了 哎
