環境位置： 酒店位置很好，交通便利，附近吃飯逛街都很方便。大堂寬敞明亮，很有設計感。
客房衞生： 房間乾淨整潔，沒有任何異味。床品柔軟舒適，躺上去瞬間放鬆，一夜好眠。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水出得很快，水壓充足。
服務態度： 前台工作人員服務熱情，辦理入住迅速。遇到問題聯繫客服，響應非常及時，解決問題的效率很高。

濟源連續快下一個月雨了，去的時候也在下雨到房間打開空調越吹越冷，問了前台才知道酒店空調不能制熱開制熱也是冷風，下雨晚上出去吃飯衣服的濕了半夜凍感冒，早上醒來想去餐廳吃口熱飯然後上去沒人問前台説需要去另外一個酒店吃
