Apartamento decadente,lençóis velhos e sujos,sofá sem condições de uso,travesseiro muitooo velho , ar condicionado barulhento. Eu e minha tivemos uma noite horrível. Não fazem a manutenção desse apartamento a anos . As fotos mentem 😬

A localização, conforto do quarto, corredores arejados. Foi uma ótima estadia, a cama é muito confortável, o quarto tem armário bom, varanda ótima, frigobar, cafeteira, microondas, armários, o banheiro é muito bom, chuveiro funcionou bem, bacia e pia de ótimas qualidades. Não curtiu · itens de cozinha precários (talher), detergente de prato, senti falta de papel toalha e bucha mais limpa, o papel higiênico é daquele bem simples. Aconselho passar num supermado antes e comprar detergente, papel, além de itens para comer, caso não queira comer fora.

Flat muito bem localizado, mas com apartamentos bem diferentes em tamanho/estrutura e estado de conservação. É ter sorte ou azar. Alugamos duas unidades, inicialmente o 402 e o 407. Quando ocupamos o 402, vimos que era bem diferente do que vimos na fotos: nas tinha mesa de 4 lugares, a cama de casal era pequena e outras diferenças. Reclamamos e fomos transferidos para o 403, que aí sim atendeu nossas expectativas. Os apartamentos de frente (final 2 e 3), tem uma pequena sala, uma cozinha bem compacta e um quarto de bom tamanho. A vista é bem legal, em frente à praia. Os paramagnetismo laterais não tem a sala, mas, se for uma unidade bem conservada, vale a pena. O atendimento é meio bagunçado, com os funcionários não querendo se envolver na solução de eventuais problemas, como a utilização irregular de vagas na garagem, o que é muito normal nos períodos muito cheios.
