Mapple Abhay Hotel

The hotel is very good but the maintenance has not been done properly. A few days ago a boy named Mr. Shadab hk supervisor had a lot of interest in talking to them but now they are not seen and it is not fun at all. It's done, I will come to this hotel only after today.

Staff is very rude unhygienic place in Jodhpur no maintaine lobby trashy restaurant no customer service toilets unclean beds work unclean as well no lamps at all. This hotel sets a great example off being a filthiest place ever seen by a any elit traveler. If Tourists coming from veryest parts of world, as an Indian it’s my duty to show the awareness regarding this property to you.

Hotel near Raika Bag railway station and bus stand. Room are clean and hotel staff is very corporate. I stay and my train at 2 pm I check out 1 pm . hotel take no extra charge . Good hotel for business travel

Absolutely unworthy of 4 star rating. We arrived with a group rather late in the evening, to find dirty rooms with defaults and towels/toiletries/... missing. It took over an hour just to get extra towels. In my room I found empty food packaging and other dirt under the beds! Other rooms had broken taps, toilets... It seems this hotel might have nice when it opened but that must be a looong long time ago, now it is in need of renovation and better ***agement.

We are happy with room and front desk. But same time not happy with food quality and fnb service. Quality every time they change as per chef choice. They have worst breakfast which is not up to the mark as per hotel standard. No proper cups for tea they are serving in disposable tea & coffee. Is disposable is standard of the hotel then is better to have breakfast in nearby dhaba rather than in hotel. Very bad experience with food and their service.

Firstly the wrong room was alloted to us and it was changed after frequent follow ups. Secondly the food service was pathetic and room service person was behaving like new staff with clueless gestures and didn't provided any cutlery in the first go, and when we followed up with him again then he said thaht he already very occupied so asked us to ***age with the available serving spoon and withoit salt and pepper. Thirdly, they did not cleaned the room in our whole 2 nights visit and did not provided the daily water bottle. Fourthly, the midnight menu was mentioned for service from 11.30 pm till 7 am and they did not told us beforehand that the menu is old and there wpuld be no food available after 10.30 PM. Lastly, they never provided us the key as they said the previous guest has taken the key and we had to reach out to the reception everytime we need to unlock our room. Really felt like we were staying at government guest house with the worst service i have ever experienced.
