This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I had to request a room change almost 10 times, and even after changing the room, the problems were not resolved. In the second room, the shower was not working, there was not even a bucket available in the bathroom, and despite repeatedly informing the hotel staff, there was no proper response or assistance. The condition of the bathroom is clearly visible in the attached photograph. The overall maintenance and cleanliness are extremely disappointing and absolutely not what a guest should expect from a hotel. I paid for a proper hotel room and basic facilities, but instead I had to continuously follow up and face inconvenience throughout my stay. Changing rooms repeatedly without actually fixing the problems is completely unacceptable. I expect the management to take this complaint seriously and provide an appropriate refund/compensation for the inconvenience and poor service.

Service is very poor, property is very good and location is also great

Location was good. Room was very old and broken. Spa, fitness and pool under construction. Only value was the restaurant. Good breakfast and diner. Hotel staff was very slow. Restaurant staff was nice!

Extremely Poor Experience – Not Recommended at All Booked this hotel online with expectations of a comfortable stay, but the experience was completely disappointing from start to finish. On arrival at the main porch, there was no staff present. A security guard without uniform eventually appeared, and I had to park my car myself—no valet service at all. The check-in experience was equally unprofessional: no welcome drink, and when I specifically asked for one, I was handed a water bottle which was later added to my bill. I paid in cash, but due to “no change,” I was forced to pay online. Getting a receipt was another struggle—I was made to wait for a long time and ultimately checked in without one. The room condition was unacceptable. The TV was not working, and the bed linen was clearly used—dirty, with visible hair, as if it hadn’t been changed after the previous guest. After multiple calls and delays, maintenance and housekeeping finally came to fix the TV and change the linen. Late at night when I tried to order food (around 10:30 pm), I was told the restaurant was closed. After insisting, they offered only one option—veg biryani—which was prepared and served in just 10–11 minutes. The food was of extremely poor quality, smelled bad, and was completely inedible. I had to go to sleep hungry. To make matters worse, the bed was making noise due to broken mattress support, washrooms were dirty, and even the towels had an unpleasant smell. Overall, there seems to be a serious lack of management, hygiene, and basic hospitality standards. No accountability, no professionalism, and no attention to guest comfort. Strongly not recommended for any traveler. Management and staff need a complete overhaul.

Stay at lords in jodhpur is always very very comfortable..neat and clean rooms and areas . break fast is very tasty. Nice cozy place well behaved and helpfull staffs like Deepak from housekeeping. Thank you and keep up the good work 😊

Wonderful stay … the room cleaning service is great. They not only clean the room well, but also provide with anything extra required. Very polite and dedicated. Deepak and rohit was the in charge for my room and I feel he did a great job.

Good hospitality and excellent behaviour of reception staff

Had a wonderful stay at Lords Inn Jodhpur. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. The morning breakfast was tasty. A special appreciation to the staff for being extremely polite, humble, cooperative, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jodhpur!

I am very happy to choose this hotel, as the location is very prime and access to many places have become very easy. The rooms were very comfortable and best part personaly for me is the view of Meharanghar Fort from the room. The staff who were available has guides us very well and were very polite and available at our need. Hotels and rooms are very clean and there is no outside and inside noise pollution. Even the canteen staff has help us alot when we asked for priority service with the food arrangement due to our train. Overall I highly recommend to do visit and experience the most comfortable stay in Jhodpur.

Tge location of the hotel is good. The room was clean and nice. Room Service was a bit slow. The dining room staff was very polite and helpful. You should not restrict drinking water. The atmosphere is generally quiet.

Food was good, few items quality could improve, service wise the waiter serving us(Jitendra Singh) , must say amazing service, served us properly.
