The staff here are really excellent, and the food is great. They work really hard to meet your needs, we ate two dinners and a lunch, plus two breakfasts and enjoyed the service and meals which we thought were very reasonably priced. The terrace is a good place to sit and observe the fort. It's hard to escape the fact that this is not a four star hotel. It seems to be 'fading in glory' with furnishings just a little shabby, and various things just not working ( our shower did not work at all ). As a previous review noted it's very near a mosque and the calls to prayer are your early morning call.

The aura of the stay was very pleasing full of flowers and greenary. Staffs were very cooperative. Food was tooo good though little bit late served but it was up to the mark. It was in the mid of the market area so everything was easily accessible. Overall very nice place to stay

The room wasn’t ready by the time we checked in. We had to step out for site seeing hence we stepped out when we came it was late and the toiletries were jot present anyways we used our own. The hotel has a lot stairs. I suggest you should call in advance to help the hotel clean room they are very sort of people and I think Karan is the only guy manages reception to kitchen and serving food at restaurant. We tried masala Maggie which was very good. We tried Gatta ki Sabzy it was nice.

I have stayed with Hotel Nirvana 2 days in December and would highly recommend anyone coming to Jodhpur to give this place a try. The rooftop restaurant gives good view of the Mehrangarh fort. The hotel is located just 200m from the clock tower and makes it accessible to all tourist places nearby. The hotel staff is polite and helpful, they made us feel like home. The rooms are in an old haveli and has a charm of Marwar era. There is an old temple located inside the hotel too. Special shoutout to Mr.Bhom singh ji , he had been helpful and courteous during our stay. As a plus i would also say the place is safe for women travellers (i was travelling with my mother ) and we were comfortable staying here .

The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was warm and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure everything was just right. The food was fantastic—special mention for the tea, which was perfect every time! Rooms were decent, clean, and comfortable, providing a good space to unwind. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area

Ok to stay but there is no parking in between city and traffic.

The property is located in the middle of the main market right next to clock tower. The rooms are nice however the in-house staff is pathetic. I am not sure if i was speaking to the owner or the manager but had he not been available, the stay would have been horrible.

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful hotel. The terrace is amazing, facing on the fort. Perfect location in the city center (2 min walk to the clock tower, market and shops). The room was tidy and clean. All the staff is amazing! We would like to especially thank Karan for his help and his kindness. Thank you all! Best of luck from Italian mother and daughter! the ancient temple (300 years old) was very interesting. the food was decent; we ate breakfast two days. the call to prayer at the crack of dawn is EXTREMELY LOUD right outside the hotel so beware of that. However, a STRONG caution: one of the front desk staff tried to take us out of the hotel to scam us. we wanted to go to the stepwell nearby and this boy insisted on taking us there. I didn’t know why at the time, I thought maybe he wanted to go too. We found out that he was trying to take us to a textiles shop for a commission. This is a common scam in India — drivers or guides will take you to “their friend’s” shop “just to look, no pressure to buy” but you should know that this is ILLEGAL in India, as they make a commission on anything you buy. When we tried to go into a different shop on the way (for our own interest) he tried to prevent us from entering the shop (because he would not receive a commission from this shop) and he further bullied the shop owner to “make it short, woman” so that we would not linger there long. The tourism police showed up and that’s when we realized what was going on. He paid off the policeman while we were in the shop and then waited for us to come out, and again tried to lead us into his friend’s shop. We shook him off and continued onto the stepwell on our own. Yes this is a beautiful hotel on account of the temple it is connected to, but the hotel staff are actively trying to take guests to scam them. So, I would not recommend this hotel overall based on that experience.

Infrastructure is very bad with faulty lights, broken taps, broken door locks. Staff was also not that much professional. For parking, you have to pay 200₹ per night. They claim to be 3 star property but with this infra and service it should be 2 star property. Also there was too much noise in the room because it is situated in main market area. Food was overpriced. Breakfast had limited option with toast, poha and paranthas. In this price range, you can get much better options. We were totally disappointed with our stay here and would definitely not recommend this property to anyone.

I am highly disappointed with the quality of the food. The space and sitting area was ok but the untrained staff and food quality was poor & unacceptable. When we asked the staff to serve the propers tandoori breads they served half-backed parathas and even after that they mentioned to us that this is the way they served the pieces of bread. They didn't accept the mistake that they were serving half-back food. Guys go there at your own risk if you want to spoil your day.

The hotel staff are really very helpful. They will help you to get local bike for city ride. But the rooms are not what you see in the make my trip. They are very small and cramped. Food is really good, try the kashmiri dum aloo
