I got the best service in this place and I want to mention their best breakfast services, their hospitality and their good helping nature in the delightful hotel and their property. Comfortable stay. However, the spa services are not running currently on this property.

front office Mr. VIKRAM SINGH RATHORE & Nilima jwala sir was very humble and the sales person sawai singh was very good and sweetful the ummed jodhpur good dining service and room service is also good and helpful very nice hotel ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Rooms are spacious and food is good. Staff is gentle and property is very beautiful with char bagh open sky dinner as well. Clear skies and big well maintained gardens. You may also see the horses, parrots and peacocks. Some improvement for housekeeping staff is recommended.

My overall experience was good. The property is nice, you can spot horses running outside from your room itself which is an unique experience in itself. Food was also good, only problem was with the electricity. I don't why but electricity went out numerous times in one night itself and that caused much irritation. Staff was very cordial. So if in Jodhpur, you can think of this property as your stay.

Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms. We had room facing the inside gardens. Food in hotel was great. Service was generally good too. Lovely pool area and enjoyed swimming. Drinks can be ordered to pool area if required. There were peacocks and even horses in the hotel gardens. Bar was nice with a pool table but staff there need more training. Hotel had some shops to buy any souvenirs/traditional clothing etc. Checkout was a bit chaotic and took bit longer. Also reception area is not air-conditioned and not comfortable On the whole, an enjoyable 2 night stay!

Best service. Specially the person at restate named Dayalsingh ji is very helpful.. Room was clean and well maintained. .... And the pool was so huge and clean also. And special thanks to whole staff who assisted us in our whole stay. Overall excellent service. Must visit once.
