Clean hotel, location ok. Good staff at reception. Breakfast so so. Food is good but had to wait long time to just get a plate! Some of the food also took long time to get refurbished. Room good with shower. Bed and pillow super hard though 😭. Ok for just one night but would not recommend for more than that.

Value for money, room size is good. Car park is big.

It's the only tall building around.

The building itself appears to be from the early days of the hotel. The large public bath is clean and comfortable.

We stayed in one non-smoking semi-double room for three people, both male and female. The room was clean and had a calming color scheme, making it a relaxing experience. Our companions also said that the large public bath allowed them to stretch their legs and relax after a long drive. We initially booked a room-only stay, but the complimentary breakfast was a great bonus.

The room was really spacious by Japanese standards, and the service was excellent. Parking was available right in front of the door, and there were many restaurants within walking distance. I was driving from Hakuba to Niigata Port, and this was a stop along the way. I felt it was great value for money and was a very satisfying stay. Upon check-in, they noticed I wasn't Japanese and immediately sent me a brochure; it was very clearly written. I arrived in the afternoon, parked my car in the evening, and then walked to Gyu-Kaku restaurant for dinner. I thoroughly enjoyed the yakiniku (grilled meat) that day.

They were very accommodating with my last-minute reservation change. The hotel is clean, but its distance from the station is a bit inconvenient for business trips. I would like to use it again.

全体的に清潔感があります。掃除担当スタッフの名前も紙に書いてあってちょっとびっくりしたが、部屋はきれいでした。 ホテルグループのいろいろな場所でスタンプを集められるのが面白いなーと思って、次回にホテルを予約するなら、このグループを選んでスタンプを集めたい（キャラクターが特に好きというわけないが、本当にかわいいです笑） フロントのスタッフさんたちもとても親切で丁寧に説明してくれて助かりました。 ただ、部屋の照明の操作が少し分かりにくかったです。最初はカードを差し込むと普通に電気がついたが、そのままカードを差した状態でスイッチで電気を消すと、もう一度つけませんでした。もう一度つけるには、一度カードを抜いて、「カチッ」という音がするまで待ってから、再び差し込まないと光りませんでした。 また、エアコンのモードを調整できないことも。今は4月中旬でそれほど寒くないのに、暖房と送風の2つのモードしか使えませんでしたた。ちょっと不便でしたが、資源の節約のためか、または宿泊客の健康を考えるかの方針かもしれません。
