Average
Big comfy room, roomy shower, tiny sink, and cramped toilet. Water pressure dropped to almost nothing once when I was having a shower. Also once when showering the water started to get cold after 5 minutes.

Other than Mavis, the wonderful housekeeper, the place is soulless.The one star is for Mavis who is actually 5 star. This stately home could be warm, inviting and a home from home. It has recently changed hands which might account for the difference. The towels are threadbare, there are no electric blankets and no bathroom supplies. The fireplace , as advertised in the listing, does not work , the lounge is functional but that’s about it. A crappy place to spend a cold winters evening.

Notre hôte était vraiment gentille, accueillante et chaleureuse. Nous sommes arrivés tôt et épuisés (vol depuis le Canada) et nous avons eu accès à notre chambre dès notre arrivée.
