Great location. Friendly staff. One thing , at breakfast there were some apples that looked way past their prime. Should have been thrown out weeks ago. Thought you should know because the rest of the stay was great.

Staff were great. Hotel really needs to be updated. Old bathrooms that look dirty. Doesn’t mean they are dirty but they’re old. Room was clean, just dated.

The check in was freindly and professional but the response to reported issued was less than satisfactory. The shower did not have hot water even after wiaitng 20 minutes for the water to warm. when the water selection temperature was in the hot position no water came out of the faucet. My husband and I did not want to take ice cold showers in the morning. The manager dismissed the complaint as a non issue

The breakfast was not good. Gravy was thin and biscuits were inedible. There was also a noise all night long in the wall behind bed with knocking sound.

The guy at the desk was very unfriendly and not that helpful. Other than that it wasn’t too bad but probably won’t be back after having to deal with him. We weren’t the only ones having issues with him as well.

If possible to give this hotel a negative rating I would. The clerk violated my ADA right by insisting that I provid documentation for my service animal. Was very rude, unprofessional and arrogant. I suggest someone in management square this clown away before the hotel gets a lawsuit. I am notifying the proper authorities.

Breakfast was so-so. Not a lot of options. Room was a bit dated and not as clean as it could be. Staff not particularly pleasant or friendly.
Reasonable rate, but you get what you play for.

Room hadn’t been cleaned and we were relocated after check-in. Needs to be remodeled. Lots of “band aided” drywall spots on the wall. Dirty windows. Could see hand prints all over headboards. Window seal and tv stand very dusty. No linens for pull out. Don’t look under the bathroom sink.
