We thought that room was very clean. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of room for two of us. We had the breakfast which was your basic.breakfast. Bagels, muffins, granola bars, cookies, yogurt, coffee and tea. The only things that we could think of that we needed was jelly and cream cheese for the bagels. Everything prepackaged. The staff was friendly.

I paid for itinerary insurance , and I was charged an extra "fee" for a "free" request. The ******* live chat person was useless. Kept me going in circles and then wanted me to start over from the beginning. This is the last ******* purchase ever!!

Staff and breakfast were great. But the room was dingy and we kept finding hairs on towels and sheets that we didn’t use. Microtel is just not for us. I guess you get what you pay.

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, the reservation itself was flawed. I booked a suite that slept 5, and was given a handicapped room with a couch and queen bed. Fortunately, one of our family members could not come, and we borrowed a cot to make it work. Very disappointing, but I don't know where the problem came in - with ******* or with the hotel itself, but that was very difficult.

Hotel, front desk and room attendants all very good. Coffee always available is a nice perk. Breakfast is nice. My room near ice and vending machine noisy. Will ask for different location next time

My check in was slow because a difficult customer was manipulating the time of the only clerk on duty at the time I arrived. The customer booked through a third party and was not happy with the room assigned for the price paid. I include this because the clerk was very patient in trying to explain that she could not change the booking but could only offer an alternative room with a slight up charge. She was in a difficult position and handled it as well as possible. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly. There is a microwave in the standard room which I used. The breakfast area is spacious and the fare pretty standard.
