Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing and did not meet expectations. The accommodation was not as described and overall conditions and cleanliness need to be improved. -There's bedbugs inside the comforter. -There's human bloodstained on the comforter. - A lot of Ants in the premises. Addressed the issues to Anju management, but they can only provide a fresh new comforter and bedbug spray. Anju Management did try to contact the Host but the Host seems to not have much concerns about the issues. We reported to Trip.com and they assisted on this matter to escalate more. However, Host still failed to respond to messages and concerns about the accommodation issues. Very bad hosting experience, unresolved issues. Not recommended at all. We checked out early this morning as soon we've got transportations back due to this situation.Given the circumstances, this has caused significant inconvenience and stress. We are potentially exposed to bedbugs and at the risk of spreading them in our house and other locations. Demanded for full refund but rejected.

The 3 bedrooms with 2 bath rooms unit is spacious and has a good view. Cleanliness can be improved especially the entrance area. Common bath shower door can’t be closed fully causing the outside floor very wet. Shower area water flow down the drain very slowly causing some flooding. Many facilities are available but only used the gym n it’s spacious n well equipped. Location is convenient with supermarket and many food options. Check in and out is easy. Overall it’s a pleasant stay with my family.

I stayed together with my husband and child. The self check in was smooth. They provided very clear instructions for the check in. The room was clean and the pool view from the room was great. I love that the balcony is quite spacious. Their service is also good. Very prompt response from them. The feedback I have is if possible, to get a parking lot that is nearer to the lobby entrance at level 5. And for the common room, maybe can rearrange the drawer cabinet away from the power socket because the current position, the cabinet is covering the socket thus we're unable to charge while in the room. But these are minor issues. The most important thing is that I had a comfortable stay and it really is a great accommodation.

My 2nd time booked ANJU. First time was ok. But this time, i was so freaking disappointed with the cleanliness. It's was TOTALLY HORRIBLE. My baby get bed bugs on the 1st night we slept. The toilet not clean, and so smelly. I can see the black mold in sink, and in the shower. Will never ever book with ANJU again. Never.

The place is so nice and comfortable to stay in The senaries is so nice

Stay phase 2 . Share room unit can be disturbing. Room is clean.Overall good stay.
